About Hengjiu Group
Hengjiu Group was founded in 1953. Over the past more than 70 years, we focus on the research, development and manufacture of chain transmission products. Two of our companies hold vice chairman posts in the China Machinery General Parts Industry Association (Chain Drive Branch). We have 9 chain drive product development and manufacturing companies located at Zhuji in Zhejiang Province, Jixi in Anhui Province, Shangrao in Jiangxi Province, Kunshan and Taicang in Jiangsu Province.
With a registered capital of 50.18 million RMB, total area of 350,000 m², total constructed area of 180,000 m², more than 2,300 sets of equipment, and an annual production capacity of 70,000 MT, the company's comprehensive strength ranks among the top 10 in the world.
About Saw Chain Factory
As one of the important production bases under Zhejiang Hengjiu Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Hengjiu Group’s Saw Chain factory has always adhered to the Group's idea——pursuit of excellent quality and innovative spirit. Since the successful acquisition of a 13-year-old chain saw company in February 2022, Hengjiu Group’s chain saw factory has relied on the strong strength of the group to continuously increase investment, optimize production and improve quality control systems.
We insist on using high-quality materials imported from Germany to ensure product quality from the source. The factory realizes independent production throughout the entire process, strictly adhering to the highest standards in every step from stamping, riveting, heat treatment, sharpening, assembly to quality inspection. This vertically integrated production mode not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures consistent product quality.
Adhering to the principle of "quality first", the chain saw factory has advanced testing tools and quality control methods, including anime imaging equipment, three-dimensional detector, high-frequency fatigue machine, metallographic testing equipment, hardness meter, chromium plating layer tester, deflection detector, tensile machine, etc. Through continuous research and technological innovation, our products have won unanimous praise from customers for their excellent cutting performance, long service life, and outstanding safety performance.
